While our priority is always to preserve your natural tooth, there are situations where extraction is the best option to prevent damage to surrounding teeth and tissues. This procedure involves removing a tooth from its socket due to severe damage, infection, overcrowding, or to create space for permanent teeth in children.

Your comfort is our priority during the extraction procedure. A local anesthetic is applied to numb the extraction area. In some cases, a stronger anesthetic may be used, especially for multiple extractions or impacted teeth. The tooth is carefully removed using specialized tools, and once extracted, a blood clot forms in the socket. Gauze is then applied to control bleeding and aid in the healing process.
